In the event that an Atak Sports product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Atak Sports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Atak Sports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Atak Sports shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 days we will not be able to exchange the goods or give a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are returning an item for exchange to another item/size, you will have to pay the cost of re-shipping the goods to you.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is due to our error in which case we will refund standard shipping cost.
Please print out the returns form and complete and send back with your returned item(s).
We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with the guidance above.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Atak Sports without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
